Yeah Superman vs the Elite and Superman Unbound didn't have any barefoot scenes unfortunately. It's a shame because a barefoot scene involving that incarnation of Supergirl would have been really fun to see. Beautiful collection! I gotta say Lois from the Doomsday movie was probably my favorite! I'm definitely liking all these Loises. Thanks Atomic Chinchilla.
Since her introduction nearly 80 years ago, Lois Lane has been as integral to the legend of Superman as the Kryptonian hero himself. As an intrepid, whip smart reporter and sharp-tongued verbal sparring partner, Lois has always been more than just Clark Kent's girl. At times, she's even been given a superheroic identity, whether it meant bearing the mantle of Superwoman, Red Tornado, or Krypton Girl. As Lois has been a crucial part of the DC comics canon for so long, it was really inevitable that there would be a high level of turnover for adaptations of her character. She has been adapted in countless media, ranging from s radio serials to long running live action and animated dramas to video games and animated webisodes. The character's iconic wit and strength have also made her an aspirational and inspirational figure for girls of all ages.
The relationship between Clark Kent and Lois Lane has developed slowly over the years from bickering friends, dynamic partners and ultimately romantic lovers. Their relationship is also called " Clois " by fans. Their destined relationship began when they met at the beginning of his senior year of high school when Lois found Clark lying naked in the middle of Miller's Field.
She'll reprise the role later this year in Justice League , hitting theaters Nov. Bosworth's stint as Lois was a blink-and-you-missed-it affair; the actress played her just once in 's Superman Returns , opposite Brandon Routh. For what it's worth, she also lent her voice to the video game based on the movie, released that same year. The Canadian actress joined The WB's Smallville in its fourth season and ended up sticking around for the remainder of the series' run Despite numerous attempts, Durance's Lois never managed to put a ring on Tom Welling's Clark — even after the finale's seven- year time jump.
